Who we are

LedBy is the relationship platform for independent wellness professionals. We've built a platform that lets instructors truly own their student relationships and automate their communication from day one.

Key responsibilities

  • Hyper-local beachhead growth (Weeks 1–12)

    Source, secure, and white-glove onboard our initial seed wave of 25–50 multi-vertical instructors (Yoga, Pilates, Barre, HIIT, Martial Arts) in Orange County.

  • Social media engine

    Own the end-to-end production, ideation, filming, editing, distribution, of high-impact short-form video across TikTok and Instagram Reels to drive organic awareness.

  • The viral referral loop

    Optimize acquisition loops ("Invite an instructor; you both get 1 month of free automated campaigns once released") to scale past 300 active regional instructors, using hard data to execute inside sales upsells to boutique studios.
