100 Pro Credits · 30 days per premium app, per instructor or per studio location. One price, no tiers, no bundles, no annual plan. Nothing renews on its own — when the 30 days end, it simply stops, and points still work later.

Students — booking Credits, no membership
Credits are a simpler way to pay for classes. Bigger packs cost less per Credit — 10 for $24, 25 for $57.50, 75 for $165, 150 for $312 — and the price you see is the price you pay. We match the studio's pricing: a class costs the Credits that match its confirmed price. Purchased Credits never expire; promotional Credits always show where they came from and when they end.
Messaging — pay only for what you send
Email and text run on one Pro Credit pool: $10 for 200, $20 for 500, $50 for 1,500. Paid Pro Credits never expire, and there is no separate credit to buy per message type.
Studio-hosted bookings — no LedBy cut
Classes hosted by a studio are booked on the studio's own system at the studio's own price. LedBy earns nothing on those bookings and never discounts them.
Swap — free forever
Substitute coverage for studios costs nothing, on every location, for every instructor, always.

How messaging usage is counted
- Email sends are counted per recipient. One announcement to 200 followers uses 200 email sends.
- Texts are counted in outbound SMS segments, not messages, at 5 Pro Credits a segment. Longer messages, emojis and certain special characters may use multiple segments, you see the segment count before you send.
- Picture and link-rich texts come out of the same Pro Credit pool at 13 Pro Credits a segment sent.
- Pro Credits are bought in packs, never as a subscription, and there are never automatic overage charges.
- The SMS activation fee is a one-time charge covering carrier brand and campaign registration. It never guarantees provider or carrier approval; if it is charged, refund eligibility is reviewed based on whether third-party registration or provisioning costs or work have already been incurred.
