The gym approves
You or your head coach picks who runs it. The schedule updates and members see the right coach.
Offering to help is never the same as being assigned. A head coach approves every class unless you turn on pre-approval yourself.

- Pre-approved coaches can claim outright; everyone else waits for approval

- Do we have to replace Wodify, PushPress or SugarWOD?
- No. Swap sits alongside whatever you already use for membership and booking. It handles coverage, not your billing or your programming.
- Can we keep our programming private?
- Yes. Class descriptions are separate from your internal programming notes. Nothing about the workout is published unless you choose to publish it.
- Do our coaches have to make a public profile?
- No. You can invite them, and each coach decides on their own whether it's ever published. Nobody is listed automatically.
