- Can Swap check that an instructor's certification is current?
- You set certification as an eligibility rule, and instructors who don't meet it aren't asked to cover. Swap enforces the rule you set; keeping the certification record accurate stays with the program.
- We run several pools. Does that work?
- Yes. Requests are scoped to a facility, so an instructor only sees coverage at pools they're assigned to unless you widen it.
- Does this replace our lesson registration system?
- No. Swap covers staffing. Families keep registering wherever they register today.
- Are our instructors listed publicly anywhere?
- Only if an individual instructor claims a LedBy profile and chooses to publish it. Nothing is published by the center.
