- Core Swap — requesting cover, responding, approving and the audit trail — is free forever, for every studio. No per-instructor charge, no per-location fee and no card to add.
- Do my instructors have to make a public profile?
- No. You can invite them to claim a LedBy profile, and each instructor decides on their own whether it's ever published. Nobody is listed automatically.
- What if an instructor already teaches at another studio?
- They keep one LedBy identity. Claiming a profile through you doesn't create a second profile or hand you their other work.
- Can I stop instructors from claiming a class without approval?
- Yes. Manager approval is the default — a manager confirms every cover. Pre-approval is something you opt into per instructor.
